The lakes and the channels between them are district or association infrastructure. So are the streets and storm sewers. Grand Lakes is served by more than one numbered MUD, and the right one to call for a street problem depends on your section.

Most backyard regrades are small, but a regrade across the whole lot can reach the Fort Bend threshold. Ask the contractor to confirm before work starts.
