What the site does
Katy Drainage Pros passes yard drainage requests to independent contractors. It does not design, install, inspect or guarantee drainage work. The contractor you hire is responsible for the job, its price, its permits, its insurance and any warranty.
No promise of a dry yard
Nothing on this site promises that any drain, grade or system will keep a property free of standing water or flooding. Heavy rain, full streets and overflowing creeks are beyond what any yard work controls.
Information, not advice
Pages describe local soil, public rules and general drainage practice as understood when written. They are not legal, engineering or surveying advice. Confirm anything you rely on with the city or county office, your association or a licensed professional.
